Free parent tools
Three free tools for Australian parents: nutrient reference values, a printable chart, and screen time by age.
Kids nutrient needs
Look up the published daily reference value and upper level for magnesium, iron, vitamin D, zinc and other key nutrients by age.
Open toolReward and routine charts
Add your child’s name and a few tasks, pick a Daily Powers colour, then print the chart or download a PDF.
Open toolScreen time by age
Enter an age and today’s screen time. See the Department of Health figure, then a simple day for screens, play and sleep.
Open toolDaily Powers makes gummies for Australian kids, and these pages are the free tools that sit beside them. Each one answers a question parents actually type into search: how much magnesium a child needs in a day, where to find a reward chart printable PDF, and how much screen time is named in the Australian guidelines. They use the same header, colours and type as the rest of the shop.
The nutrient calculator shows NHMRC Nutrient Reference Values for magnesium, iron, vitamin D, zinc and the other key nutrients, by age band. It also places the amounts listed for Brave, Calm and Focus beside those figures. It is a reference table. It is not a dose and it does not comment on any child.
The chart maker prints a morning routine, a bedtime routine, a chore list or a reward chart. You add the child’s name and the tasks, pick a Brave, Focus, Calm or sunshine colour, and print. A PDF download uses the same email list as the footer. Printing itself stays free.
The screen time planner uses the Department of Health 24-hour movement guidelines. You enter an age and the minutes you want to compare. The page shows the screen figure for that age, plus the play and sleep figures that sit in the same publication, and a simple shape for the day.
All three link back here, and each one links to the closest guides already published in Expert Advice. If you are choosing a gummy, Brave, Focus and Calm are on the shop. The tools do not choose it for you.
